Express Service Technician Qualifications

Previous Automotive experience/training

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to learn new technology, repair, and service processes.

Able to operate basic electronic diagnostic equipment.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check

Express Service Technician Responsibilities

Must be able to clearly communicate

Perform accurate diagnostics, repairs & thorough multi-point inspections

Maintain Lincoln training certifications

Work closely with Advisor and Parts Teams

Must be able to work within a Team Environment
