Overall Responsibility:
The Exports Coordinator responsibilities will include overseeing and managing export customers outbound transactional requirements in compliance with tariff and customs regulations where applicable in conjunction with managing expectations with the manufacturing/scheduling team at Clayville/Epping to secure adequate stock for export loads timely,
Key Focus Areas
Focus Area 1 - Exports Duty Paid, Managing African Export Market customers’ expectations
Engaging on stock availability and securing stock with adequate shelf life for customer orders,
Working with finance in compiling relevant POs
Arranging transportation through distribution partners,
Managing stock collection as per point 1 and 2 from multiple sites within the SHP Network when needed,
Ensuring cross border (Duty paid) documentation is available for transporters.
Post shipment documentation collection and reconciliation. Acquittals, ZIB, SAD500 and SARS submissions
Monitoring and reporting on stock on hand balances at relevant export market in country distribution warehouses.
Focus Area 2 - Exports Duty Free, Managing international customers expectations
Engaging on stock availability and securing stock with adequate shelf life for customer orders at Duty free locations
Working with finance in compiling relevant POs
Advising when collection is available for customers to arrange transport
Managing stock in the warehouse as well as on the system by isolating duty free stock the relevant duty-free sites
Ensuring cross border (Duty free) documentation is available for transporters
Post shipment documentation collection and reconciliation. Acquittals, ZIB, SAD500 and SARS submissions
Monitoring and reporting on stock on hand balances at relevant export market in country distribution warehouses
Requirements of the Role Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or other relevant qualification
Preferred Skills:
Strong collaborator and communicator
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong organisational and time management skills and the ability to stick to deadlines
Strong Problem-Solving skills
Willingness to learn and develop project management skills
