As Export Sales Order Management Team Lead in our Order to Cash team within Sanofi Business Operations, you'll lead a team of 10-15 professionals delivering excellence in export operations. Main responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team delivering export sales order management services to internal customers, ensuring positive customer experience
• Oversee customer order administration from order taking through validation, export documentation preparation, delivery, and invoicing
• Monitor operational KPIs and ensure compliance with Sanofi policies, international trade regulations, and export requirements
• Coach and develop Export Sales Order Analysts, managing team performance, workload allocation, and employee lifecycle
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and participate in process automation projects to eliminate redundant activities
• Partner effectively with Logistics, Sales & Operations Execution teams, and Customer Fulfillment representatives
• Ensure onboarding and training programs are organized for new hires and existing team members

About you

Experience:

• Experience in Order Management, Order to Cash, or Customer Service, preferably in Pharma
• Team leadership experience with proven ability to manage and develop people
• Deep expertise in international trade regulations and export operations

Technical and Soft Skills:

• Excellent English and German (written and verbal); other European languages are a plus
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to maintain satisfaction at team level
• Hands-on experience with SAP (S4 Hana, SD, and GTS modules preferred)
• Ability to lead, organize, and prioritize for yourself and your team
