Our client is a US-based logistics provider specializing in international freight forwarding, with strong operations across the Middle East and GCC regions. They are known for delivering efficient, compliant, and customer-focused export solutions across both air and ocean freight.

What You’ll Do

Shipment Execution & Coordination

Manage full export lifecycle from booking to final arrival

Coordinate with steamship lines (SSL) for container/RORO bookings and airlines for air freight

Secure space and negotiate spot rates to ensure competitive pricing

Documentation & Compliance

Prepare export documents: MAWB/HAWB, Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, CO

Handle AES/EEI filings and generate ITNs

Manage vehicle export requirements, including title validation with US CBP

Ensure compliance with ITAR/EAR regulations where applicable

Client & Vendor Coordination

Act as main point of contact, providing real-time updates and support

Coordinate with overseas agents (e.g., Dubai/Jebel Ali hubs) for smooth clearance

Review and validate vendor invoices before final billing

What You Need

3–5 years experience in export freight forwarding (air & ocean)

Strong knowledge of Incoterms, FMC regulations, and TSA Known Shipper requirements

Experience handling vehicle exports and hazardous declarations (batteries/fuel)

Proficiency in TMS (GoFreight preferred)

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Amenable to working night shift (US EST)
