Location: Goregaon- West, Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for Post Documentation, preparing export Invoice, packing List under Letter of credit, tracking Shipment, Coordination with Overseas Offices.
Handling / Checking Export documents and submission to Banks.
Keeping track of remittances received and providing details to Accounts Invoice wise
Coordination with Operation team for the tracking of documents movement, submission and follow up for acceptance/payments etc.
Checking the Payments received, Bank charges related to the Export transactions
Coordination with Banks and internal team for the completion of related works and follow-up.
Preparing REPORTS related to the work to inform the pending issues, stays action taken / being taken etc.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Minimum Qualifications: Graduate
Experience of 1 - 2 years
Good communication skills (English)
