Export Compliance Senior Analyst

Our Import-Export team within Materials and Procurement provides trade compliance support for end-to-end order management and delivery processes. We’re experts in what we do, from assessing global trade risk and providing mitigation strategies, to delivering strategic and tactical support in developing international supply chains, to implementing strategies to reduce import expenses and auditing all documentation.

What you’ll achieve
You will be responsible for responding to all US Export inquiries, varies reporting and projects, and supporting export licensing. As an Export Compliance Sr. Analyst,
You will:
Work with our Global Fulfillment, Logistics, and Trade Compliance teams, as well as Sales, Services, Legal, and other departments on managing our operations of US exports, managing restrictions, and providing guidance on daily activities and projects.

Essential Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in international business, supply chain, engineering, law, or a related field and/or 5+ years trade compliance or export controls experience
• Deep understanding of EAR, ECCN classification, HTS/Schedule B, and Export Licensing.
• Experience preparing & managing export documentation and auditing EEI filings
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; proficiency using tools such as ACE, PowerBI, and Excel.
• Ability to provide guidance to internal stakeholders, draft SOPs, and communicate regulatory changes across departments, and serve as compliance advisor to leadership and cross‑functional teams
Desirable Requirements
• Experience handling ITAR in addition to EAR for organizations with mixed jurisdiction products
• Certified U.S. Export Compliance Officer (CUSECO) or other US Export Certifications
Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $68,935 - $89,210.
