Workplace Support Specialist

Tätigkeit:

• Das Team ist verantwortlich für die Workplace‑Operations im Remote Desktop Support Team.

• Du bearbeitest Service Requests und Incidents im direkten Kontakt mit dem Endnutzer unter Einhaltung der SLA’s.

Aufgabenbereich:

• Arbeit im Team oder selbstständig zur Implementierung und Pflege von Lösungen.

Ausbildung und Zertifizierungen:

Der ideale Kandidat verfügt über mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung mit Folgendem:

• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Windows 10 / 11

• Kenntnisse in Printing Solutions

• Microsoft AD

• MS Entra ID

• Gute Kenntnisse von Laptops, Desktops, Smartphones, Tablets

• Erfahrung mit ITSM Tools, z. B. ServiceNow

Wünschenswerte Zusatzqualifikationen

• Kenntnisse über Hardware‑Hersteller und Betriebssysteme

• Microsoft Intune

• Windows 365

• iOS

• macOS

• Scripting (z. B. PowerShell)
