What is Expert Strategic Partnerships?

The Expert Strategic Partnerships (Defense Institutions) will support the execution and operational management of engagements with defense-related institutions and their affiliated entities. The role focuses on ensuring reliable day-to-day operations, compliance with security and regulatory requirements, and supporting phased expansion of JazzCash use cases under the guidance of senior team members.

What does Expert Strategic Partnerships do?

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Support & Execution

• Support day-to-day execution of partnership initiatives with defense-related institutions and affiliated entities.
• Assist in managing recurring transactional activities and ensuring smooth operational flows.
• Monitor service performance and promptly flag issues to ensure continuity and reliability.

2. Stakeholder & Security Coordination

• Support coordination with institutional stakeholders operating in security-sensitive and regulated environments.
• Assist in managing approvals, documentation, and communication in line with established protocols.
• Ensure adherence to data security, access controls, and institutional compliance requirements.

3. Use-Case Support & Rollout

• Support implementation of digital financial use cases such as payments, collections, and welfare-related services.
• Assist senior team members in phased rollout of additional services across institutional facilities and locations.
• Coordinate with internal product, operations, and technology teams for issue resolution and execution support.

4. Compliance, Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to institutional engagements.
• Support audit, compliance, and governance requirements by ensuring timely and complete documentation.
• Identify operational risks or gaps and escalate them appropriately.

Requirements:
What we are we looking for and what does it require to be an Expert Strategic Partnerships?

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, partnerships support, or institutional engagement roles.
• Exposure to regulated, government, or security-sensitive environments is a plus.
• Basic understanding of digital payments or fintech services is desirable
