What is Expert Software Developer?
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Expert Software Developer to join our technical Development team. In this role, you will serve as the primary escalation point for Operations Team in resolving Outages and Complex runtime issues. You will collaborate closely with development and Operations team to diagnose, resolve, and prevent production incidents, while continuously improving support practices and institutional documentation.
What does Expert Software Developer do?
• Provide technical support for enterprise-level application systems.
• Respond to general questions and trouble tickets in a timely manner.
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify potential solutions for how to resolve an issue.
• Prioritize multiple open issues.
• Must be willing to be on call for coverage of critical technical systems 24/7
• Diagnose and resolve application/system outages
• Involved in application release deployments
• Determine problems areas by analyzing and interpreting application logs
• Evaluate system performance statistics including job execution and system response times
• Promote new or updated software code provided by Development Teams
• Assist in technical evaluations, or provide technical recommendation within discipline
• Consulting with the software development team, internal users to improve application performance
• Review the PR’s shared by development team for production movement.

• Experience working with the Enterprise Applications
• 3+ years of recent hands-on development and/or DevOps experience
• Experience implementing and supporting applications in financial services industry a plus
• Working experience in Cloud environment Specially in Redhat Openshit.

• Caching and Queueing
• Management and Monitoring (Prometheus, Elasticsearch, Kibana)
• Container Services (OpenShift, Kubernetes, Kiali, etc.)
• Python and Bash scripting
