We currently have a vacancy for an Expert Product Owner fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels, Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.
Your tasks
• Propose solutions by combining IT tools and business process refactoring or improvements;
• Contributes to creation, maintenance, prioritisation, and sequencing of the product backlog based on business value or return of investment;
• Contribute to the creation of user stories and acceptance tests from themes and features granular enough for a single sprint;
• Participate in project planning, daily stand-up meetings (SCRUM);
• Review deliverable and demonstrable product version/software functionalities after every sprint;
• Organize live demonstration of the product at the end of the sprint;
• Facilitate the acceptance of the product by the business;
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of standards for testing;
• Provide progress reporting;
• Assist with internal and external communication by improving of transparency and dissemination of information;
• Creation of stakeholder maps and adoption dashboards and reports;
• Contribute to business implementation of the product features.
Requirements:
• University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 15 years;
• At least 10 years of specific expertise in project management standards and methodologies;
• At least 10 years of specific expertise in Agile methodology, scrum management, Lean agile;
• At least 10 years of specific expertise in Meeting Facilitation;
• At least 5 years of experience in Confluence and Jira;
• Previous experience in the Health Domain;
• Knowledge of customer relationship management practices and tools;
• Knowledge in using tools to build stakeholder maps;
• Knowledge in using tools to build adoption dashboards and reports;
• Knowledge in analysing customer segments, e.g., experiencing a specific product problem;
• Knowledge of change processes or change management frameworks;
• Certified Scrum Product Owner and Certified ITIL Foundation are mandatory for the performance of tasks;
• Excellent command of the English language.
