Expert - OT Security Delivery

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager - OT Security to lead our operational technology (OT) security initiatives. This pivotal role involves safeguarding the integrity and reliability of the operational technology systems that are critical to our innovative entertainment and lifestyle offerings. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in OT security, risk assessment, and incident response.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive OT security strategy that aligns with Qiddiya's business objectives and risk management policies.
• Lead and mentor a team of OT security professionals to ensure effective security operations.
• Conduct thorough risk and vulnerability assessments of OT systems, identifying threats and recommending appropriate mitigations.
• Collaborate with IT security teams to ensure an integrated approach to overall security policies.
• Monitor, investigate, and respond to security incidents related to operational technology.
• Manage relationships with OT vendors and service providers to ensure compliance and adherence to security best practices.
• Implement training and awareness initiatives for staff on OT security measures.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in OT security to ensure a proactive security posture.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced certifications (CISSP, CISM, GIAC) are highly desirable.
• 8+ years of experience in OT security roles, including proven leadership in risk management and incident response.
• Strong understanding of industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, and critical infrastructure security challenges.
• Experience with relevant security technologies like firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and network monitoring.
• Effective leadership and team-building skills, with the capability to influence at various organizational levels.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
