Join a team of over 30 Project Managers working with teams from PwC Poland, PwC UK and the WE and CEE regions. As a part of the PM team at PwC, you will have the opportunity to develop and benefit from the extensive experience of experts, as well as to have a real impact on the business goals achieved by PwC clients. 

We are looking for:
Expert IT Project Manager 

Your future role: 

• Be truly responsible for the whole project delivery,
• Build relationships withing the project team and with stakeholders, 
• Develop project plan, communicate and execute, 
• Manage the project team, 
• Measure, monitor and report at all levels.

Apply if you have: 

• Minimum 12 years of experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project, Manager or Delivery Manager for end-to-end software delivery,
• Large-scale projects for broadly understood CRM systems,
• Project Manager role in a large consulting firm,
• Proven track record in delivering projects in an international environment,
• Perfect communication and presentation skills,
• Positive thinking and problem-solving attitude,
• Business orientation,  
• Product Ownership experience, 
• Experience in communication at the Partner or C-level,
• Demonstrated knowledge of new technologies and AI‑powered tools in your daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation),
• Experience in using GenAI supporting project delivery, 
• Practical knowledge of Scrum framework,
• Strong practical knowledge of common project management methods and standards (Prince 2, PMI, AGILE PM), 
• Additional role beyond project management, preferably in business development area, 
• Change management experience, 
• Ability to speak and write Polish and English fluently.
