Job Description

As an Automotive Technician, you will maintain vehicle functional condition by reviewing documented concerns, conducting inspections, performing routine maintenance, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and engine-related issues. You will provide service consultants with accurate diagnostics and documentation to support repair recommendations.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance and repairs on vehicles.

Diagnose and address mechanical and electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools.

Repair or replace vehicle components as needed.

Follow technical bulletins, wiring diagrams, and manuals.

Conduct thorough multi-point and video inspections for customer review.

Ensure vehicles are safely positioned on lift equipment.

Complete accurate documentation of work performed.

Test drive vehicles to verify repairs and diagnose concerns.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Stay current on manufacturer and compliance certifications.

Collaborate with the parts and service departments to create accurate estimates.

Perform quality control checks on all completed repairs.

Expand knowledge through ongoing education and technical publications.
