We are looking for a Tech Lead Cards who combines deep domain expertise in the card industry with exceptional technical skills and a future-oriented mindset. About The Role::
As the Tech Lead Cards, you are the bridge between ambitious business goals and scalable technical execution within the card ecosystem. You define the technical roadmap for our card-related services and ensure the long-term stability and health of our architecture. While you remain "hands-on," your focus is on empowering the team to make sound design decisions and keeping our products at the cutting edge of the market. We are looking for a personality who feels at home across the entire tech stack.

Expect a Day Full of::
• Domain Expertise: Take ownership of the entire card lifecycle and transaction processing, including issuing, authorizations, and clearing/settlement for debit, credit, and prepaid products.

• API Architecture: Design and maintain robust, scalable APIs for card issuing, management and processing, ensuring high availability and seamless integration.

• GUI & User Experience: Drive the development of intuitive and high-quality user interfaces that make complex financial processes simple and accessible.

• AI Integration: Lead the team in leveraging AI tools to optimize development efficiency, code quality, and daily workflows.

• Technical Governance: Make high-level decisions on tech stack evolution and the integration of third-party providers.

• End-to-End Ownership: Champion the "own what we build" spirit, from initial blueprint to production stability.

Who We’re Looking For::
• Cards Domain Master: Deep architectural understanding of how money flows in the card world. You are familiar with the complexities of real-time authorizations, and the security standards required to build a trusted financial platform.

• Engineering Leader: A leader who leads "from the code," maintaining a strong technical pulse while managing stakeholder interests.

• DDD Advocate: You are experienced in Domain-Driven Design, tackling complexity at the heart of our software and ensuring a clean separation of concerns as we scale our domain-specific services.

• Full Stack Pro: Proficient in Go, with a strong background in modern frontend technologies and distributed systems.

• AI Champion: You already actively use AI tools in your workflow and recognize their potential to fundamentally change software engineering.

• Analytical Visionary: The ability to translate complex card-business requirements into scalable technical blueprints.
