Experienced Supply Chain Specialist

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Experienced Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Ridley Park, PA.
Position Responsibilities:
• Functional Lead for Order Managers (schedule Homeroom tag-ups/assist with training/develop training/provide guidance)
• Prime overall contact for Order Managers within Team
• Interacts with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters
• Assist with developing solutions to a variety of complex problems referring to established precedents and policies
• Determines correct supply source to release MSMS orders identified by team
• Works with scheduling or any capacity/sales order issues
• Collaborates with buyers, shop focals, etc. for updates on supply source status.
• Directs and performs all expedite activities and delivery recoveries in support of AM for Spare requirements
• Identifies and resolves customer supply chain management issues and discrepancies
• Works with and follow up to post awards/buyers to ensure PR to PO to delivery
• Monitors GRIEF system, PR Constraints and various reports to ensure parts flow through systems and remove road blocks
• Looks up and identifies export information for shippers
• Releases shippers to GXO for shipment to Program
• Identifies Supply Chain alternatives to resolve obsolescence issues
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
• 5+ years of experience in internal or external supply chain
• 5+ years of experience working in a cross-functional team – i.e. collaboration with varying technical disciplines, clearly communicating up and down the food chain, does not require micro-management, can give and take orders, etc.)
• 5+ years of experience analyzing data and/or identifying functional and systems requirements with customers
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Experience with planning, organizing, innovation, problem solving and creativity
• Experience in Risk Identification & Management
• Ability to communicate and think strategically while making important decisions
• Experience in collaborating with other team members

Summary pay range: $96,050.00 - $129,950.00
