Role

We are looking for a Strategy & Growth Data Analyst who is deeply passionate about data-driven decision making, transforming raw data into clear, actionable business insights, and continuously pushing themselves and the team toward the next challenge. • Develop dashboards and reports to drive company-wide understanding of growth performance, monetization KPIs, and user acquisition efficiency

• Analyze growth and monetization performance across user acquisition, advertising, brand partnerships, and official accounts to support strategic and operational decisions

• Build and maintain scalable data models and pipelines aligned with evolving growth and business needs, ensuring optimal architecture support

• Analyze large, complex datasets representing the behavior of millions of users, creators, and brands to answer strategic and operational business questions

• Leverage AI to drive efficiency and decision-making through automated reporting, insights, and alerting

• Work in direct contact with the Growth team and business stakeholders to help optimize user acquisition, creative performance, and monetization processes

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

This role works closely with the BeReal COO and the Growth team and to deliver data-backed strategic recommendations.

Profile

• You have at least 2 years of experience in analytical roles, ideally in growth, user acquisition, or monetization contexts

• You are proficient in SQL and Excel

• You have experience working with large-scale datasets

• You have practical experience with Tableau or a similar visualization tool, and can create dashboards that are shared company-wide, facilitating data-driven decision-making across departments

• You enjoy being in contact with stakeholders and helping them achieve their business goals

• A Master's degree in a top engineering or business school, in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or another quantitative field is mandatory for this role

• An analytical mind with strong communication skills and advanced knowledge of statistical methods and modeling is a significant plus
