Are you an experienced professional who likes to make an impact whilst building a career in Strategy Consulting? Are you ready to participate in critical assignments, which lead and transform the agenda of the Chief Executives of an organization?  

As we continuously grow our practice, we are looking for an Experienced Strategy Consultant with a focus on Energy Markets (Senior Associate, Manager level), a high-impact role with exposure to diverse and challenging assignments. As part of this team, you will be given the opportunity to advise leading organizations on their most critical strategic priorities, supporting them in identifying new opportunities for growth and delivering sustainable transformation in an increasingly dynamic environment.  

At PwC’s Strategy Team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects across various industries—including energy, utilities, telecommunications and technology, consumer goods, shipping, and industrial products and services. You will contribute to end-to-end strategy projects, ranging from business strategy to commercial due diligence, value creation, post-merger integration plans and large-scale transformation programs design and implementation. 

As a member of the Strategy team, you will have: 

• Exposure to some of the most challenging issues today, the ones keeping the top management teams up at night

What you bring matters 

• Excellent academic records from a Greek or foreign top-tier university in Engineering (preferably in Electrical or Mechanical), Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics or relevant discipline 
• Proven experience of two (2) to six (6) years on energy market issues and / or energy consulting will be highly considered 
• Ability to structure and solve complex problems with analytical thinking 
• Personal drive and motivation to make an impact 
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization, along with capability to drive an independent piece of work in the context of a wider team 
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and fluently both in Greek and English 
• Proficiency with MS Office applications 
• Curiosity, creativity, eagerness to learn and passion for new challenges 
• Confidence, positive attitude and commitment in providing excellent quality work 
• Military obligations fulfilled
