You are an experienced retail sales consultant; you are a natural at leadership and like to share your knowledge and coach others, apply to the sales department at our Mapleview Linen Chest store.

The sales associate is responsible for the following key duties and responsibilities:

• Support customers throughout their shopping experiences and build meaningful relationships to better understand their needs and preferences
• Provide expert product knowledge and make personalized recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales
• Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally and promptly to ensure positive shopping experiences
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet sales targets and support store operation
• Stay current with product information, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate guidance to customers

 

 

• Proven retail sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets;
• Available days, evenings, and weekends;
• Demonstrated ability to engage customers and close sales in a fast-paced retail environment;
• Strong ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously during peak periods;
• Genuine passion for working with the public and building customer relationships;
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills to drive sales and customer satisfaction;
• Collaborative team spirit with a commitment to supporting store operations and team goals.
