Deloitte is looking for experienced professionals to join our Logistics & Distribution team in Sweden. We work with both global and local organizations in transforming and improving their logistics and distribution. We are known in the market for working close with senior management, operations as well as with IT at our clients. 

As an experienced Logistics & Distribution professional, you will be an integral part of innovative transformation projects, working directly with companies across various industries. We work across the end-to-end supply chain, mainly in the domains of logistic network design, warehouse design and operations, inventory rationalization, transport management and order management. Your main responsibilities will include: 

• Design and implement best practice logistics & distribution transformation capabilities, processes and operating models 
• Support clients in selecting and implementing technologies such as warehouse management systems, transport management systems, and order management systems  
• Drive client engagements and manage project delivery  

To succeed in these roles, you have a strategic mindset, strong customer focus and experience from Logistics & Distribution and relevant technologies such as WMS, TMS, and OMS. Understanding customer requirements, business processes, end-to-end solutions, and organizational challenges is essential. We believe that you thrive in an international environment, have a broad experience and knowledge in several areas, are curious to learning and enjoy working team based. 

• 2+ years of working experience from leading management consultant firm is a strong merit
• Relevant professional and/or project experience from logistics & distribution transformation and implementation projects. We value industry knowledge and subject matter expertise
• Strong leadership skills with experience leading teams in projects or in line organization 
• Ability to lead and direct interaction with clients primarily in client-facing roles 
• Understanding of end-to-end business process, best practices, and latest industry trends 
• Solid project and program management skills (advisory, strategy, presentation, problem solving, coordination) 
• Experience from logistics & distribution system providers such as Infor, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, and SAP
• Business sense, problem solving and analytical skills 
• Professional level of English and Swedish in oral and written communication 
• Travel flexibility
