Are you a talented and passionate Product Designer looking for an exciting opportunity in the realm of online marketplaces? Join our Product Design Team with already a Senior Designer in Vietnam. You will help shape the future of the most well known real estate marketplace in Switzerland within a product team. We're searching for an AI-thirsty Designer who is data-informed and user-centric to make the Real Estate Marketplace product offering even more exciting!

Responsibilities:

• Utilize data-driven and user research insights to define problems to solve, inform design decisions and create highly desirable user experiences.

• Take charge of the entire user journey, from conceptualisation to implementation, ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience across devices.

• Lead and collaborate on medium to large projects covering various aspects of our product, demonstrating your expertise in design strategy and execution. Contribute to the company’s design system together with the other designers in the team.

• Work in a scrum and agile environment balancing discovery and delivery qualitative work in fast-paced processes and complex technological architectures.

• Prepare and conduct usability testing independently in our continuous discovery setup and more complex research with the support of our research team. Gain valuable insights and identify user pain points or uncovered needs, ultimately driving impactful design solutions.

Here are the qualities that will help you thrive in this role:

• Fluency in English written and verbal communication

• 2+ years of experience in the same role

• Proven experience as a Product Designer, with a focus on online marketplaces or related fields as a plus and knowledge on different UX methodologies

• Proficiency in designing scalable solutions using Figma and other prototyping tools, confidence in using AI and no-code tools as a strong plus (e.g. Bubble.io, Lovable, Figma AI, Bolt…)

• A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in UX and digital product design and user-centric solutions

• Previous experience in designing for optimising funnels conversion rate and using data from different sources

• Confidence in conducting user research (usability testing, interviews…) and leveraging insights to drive design decisions also according to best practices and heuristics

• Adept at collaborating and facilitating workshops in cross-functional teams along with product managers, developers and marketeers

• Comfortable with taking and giving feedback, presenting projects and advocating for the value of UX and design work

• Willingness to occasionally travel to our locations in Switzerland or Belgrade
