Job Description:
The Print Finishing Specialist is responsible for the finishing of small and large format client jobs. Finishing includes, but is not limited to, trimming, scoring, folding, binding, laminating, saddle stitching, die cutting and shrink wrapping of printed paper materials.
Job Requirements:
At least 4 yrs experience using Large Format finishing equipment (Laminators, Mounters, Digital Routers). Experience using Small Format finishing equipment a plus (cutters, bindery equipment, laminators)
Aptitude for working with mechanical equipment
Work well in a very fast paced, deadline oriented environment
Strong organizational and problem solving skills
Expert attention to detail
Responsible for quality control
Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously
Able to quickly identify problems and seek solutions
Able to communicate effectively and work well with others in a team environment
Must have flexible working hours and schedule including the willingness to work overtime
