We’re seeking experienced Prep Cooks to join us this summer at The Maple Leaf! Mountain view dining, local hospitality and excellent food in the heart of downtown Banff. The Maple Leaf is an iconic landmark serving brunch, lunch & dinner daily. We celebrate the best of Canadian cuisine with a menu inspired by the diverse ingredients found throughout Canada. What You'll do:

• Preparing ingredients, ensuring standards are being met
• Work closely with the Chefs and kitchen team members to ensure a seamless service
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
• Assist with training new team members as required

What You Have:

• Excellent work ethic and communication skills
• 1-2 years of experience working in a kitchen (asset)
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule required
