Outsourcing Advantage is looking for an organized and detail-oriented OPWDD agent (Office for People With Developmental Disabilities) provider services. The Operations Agent will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient functioning of operations that foster the delivery of high-quality care and support for individuals with developmental disabilities. You will be responsible for various administrative and operational tasks, including maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, enhancing operational efficiency, and providing assistance to various departments as needed.
Responsibilities
• Verification of invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper documentation, compliance alignment with OPWDD and internal regulations, and meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing and presenting audit reports, offering recommendations for process improvements and compliance enhancement.
• Adapt to new software tools and systems to streamline processes and enhance departmental efficiency.
• Foster a collaborative environment, working closely with team members and other departments to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. at least at a level of C1 Advanced
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure accuracy.
• Adaptability to new software tools and technologies to improve operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with team members, department heads, and external partners.
• Problem-solving skills, with a focus on proactive issue resolution and process optimization.
• Ability to work independently and a strong team player who collaborates across departments.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Have worked for 2 years for a OPWDD provider
