Experienced Moldmaker

Integrity is actively recruiting experienced Moldmakers to join our expanding team.

As an experienced Moldmaker, you will be responsible for constructing and/or modifying molds utilizing a variety of metal-working hand tools and machinery to prepare molds for production. Additionally, you will work with your team, team leader and other company employees to troubleshoot, problem solve and identify opportunities for improvement.

This position will report directly to the Moldmaking Team Leader.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assembling and disassembling molds to the leader's specifications

Fitting, functioning and spotting of components

Installing, fitting and testing hot runner systems

Productionizing molds

Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Required Qualifications:

3+ years’ moldmaking experience

Strong work ethic

Ability to follow line-up from leader and learn company procedures

Good communication and organizational skills

Demonstrate strong leadership skills

Integrity has been specializing in custom plastic injection molds primarily for the automotive industry since 2000. Our main areas of expertise include, but are not limited to, standard injection, multi-shot rotary, chrome grill products, and large interior trim.
