Integrity is actively recruiting an Experienced Mold Designer to join our expanding Design teams.
As an Experienced Mold Designer you will be responsible for taking direction/line ups from the Design Leader, using various problem solving tools available and completing scheduled task dates to deliver quality projects on time.
This position will report directly to the Design Team Leader.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Full design function and surfacing abilities
Reviewing line ups/work orders as required to fully understand workload objectives
Consulting/summarizing ALL available information to progress design
Keeping “Continuous Improvement” in mind in regards to designing tools
Establishing a “Daily Work Plan” every morning to help keep projects moving forward
High attention to detail/problem solving
Driving/presenting internal design reviews to required Integrity personnel
Presenting yourself in a competent, professional manner during customer interaction
Check that files being issues to manufacturing are “Complete and Correct”
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in plastic injection mold design
Experience with Cimatron software an asset
Strong work ethic
Ability to follow line-up from leader and learn company procedures
Good communication and organizational skills

Integrity has been specializing in custom plastic injection molds primarily for the automotive industry since 2000. Our main areas of expertise include, but are not limited to, standard injection, multi-shot rotary, chrome grill products, and large interior trim.
