Experienced Lawn Care Crew Lead

*Minimum of TWO years experience as crew lead for a commercial lawn care company

*Valid Driver's License and clean driving record REQUIRED

Element Turf & Outdoor Solutions, LLC is a fast-growing, locally owned Lawncare Maintenance business specializing in full service Mowing, Fertilization and Weed Control, Weed Maintenance, Landscape Maintenance/Mulch Installation, Pest Control, Fall Clean Up, Holiday Lights, and Snow Removal services for both Commercial and Residential customers. Element is seeking EXPERIENCED Lawn Care Crew Leads. This individual would be responsible for completing a schedule of mowing jobs in a timely and efficient manner. Other responsibilities include supervising other crew members and training new members, as well as effectively communicating with the office and supervisors. Overtime may be required. 

Responsibilities

Manage maintenance and upkeep of all assigned equipment and vehicles

Ensure truck is stocked and prepared for day

Manage assigned crew and train new members

Effectively communicate with direct managers regarding crew members, properties, equipment or any other issues

Manage daily workflow and ensure all jobs are completed correctly and in a timely manner

Manage a safe workspace for all crew members, ensuring all members follow safety policies

Crew Leads are required to have excellent attendance to maintain their position.

*Must have reliable transportation to and from work

*Minimum of TWO years experience as crew lead for a commercial lawn care company

*Candidate must be able to read and write in English.

*Must have a clean driving record and valid Driver's License.

*A high school degree or GED is preferred.

*Seasonal position.
