Experienced Consultant  – IT/Tech M&A  

As an experienced consultant within our M&A team, you will help our clients define and execute on their IT strategy across the M&A lifecycle stages, as well as build and nurture our existing and new client relationships. 

We are looking for:

• Relevant experience in M&A related projects focused on IT/Tech;

• Prior experience of solving IT related challenges in an M&A setting (IT strategy, IT due diligence, IT carve-outs/integrations, synergy identification, post-merger integration or similar);

• Previous experience of playing a project manager role and being able to deliver the full lifecycle of project management accountabilities;

• Excellent written and verbal ability in Swedish and English;

• A strong customer service mindset to foster building deep client relationships; and

• Confidence in leading teams and acting as a coach and role model for junior colleagues.
