Experienced Housekeepers - for VIP family in Emirates Hills

Apt Resources, a premier recruitment agency, is currently seeking Female Housekeepers for a distinguished Ultrahigh Net Worth Family (UHNWF) in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced housekeepers who are looking to advance their careers in a high-end residential environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform Front of House duties, including managing the cloakroom, welcoming, and directing guests.
• Clean, maintain, and present all rooms to the highest standards of excellence.
• Care for bedroom suites, including bed-making and linen replenishment.
• Responsible for garment care, running baths, serving trays, and assisting with dressing.
• Work effectively in a high-end, luxury environment.
• Ensure the proper care and preservation of antiques, artwork, fine fabrics, and finishes.
• Operate and manage house systems efficiently.
• Service external guest areas to ensure a seamless experience.
• Maintain cleanliness in service areas and stock rooms.
• Manage inventory and stock rotation.
• Accept and handle deliveries with precision.
• Adjust furniture and room setups according to the preferences of the Principals and guests.
• Responsible for packing, unpacking, and wardrobe management.
• Assist in operating within a spa environment.
• Work across all laundry operations, including washing, sorting, pressing, spot cleaning, and handling items requiring dry cleaning.
• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene throughout the workspace.
• Demonstrate flexibility with working hours, including weekends and bank holidays, and adapt to changes at short notice.
• Maintain impeccable personal grooming standards.
• Work efficiently, whether independently or collaboratively within the team.
• Undertake any additional duties as reasonably requested by the House Managers, Housekeeping Supervisor, or senior management.
• Taking care of the dogs.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a housekeeping position, preferably in a luxury residential or hotel setting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient knowledge of cleaning procedures and products.
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and handle sensitive situations with discretion.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
