Then Living Well Homes is the place for you! We are currently looking for an experienced, immediate, full time Housekeeper for 1 of our beautiful Properties in Indiana. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the common areas, office, occasional turn units as well as the general upkeep of the property in order to enhance and maintain community and curb appeal.
Essential Functions:
Conducts all business in accordance with policies and procedures, state and federal laws, i.e., OSHA, ADA, Fair Housing, etc.
Constantly observes conditions of apartment property throughout the community and immediately reports and/or initiates action to correct unsafe conditions.
Ensures the storage areas always remain locked when not in use.
Clean and maintain model units.
Clean all vacant apartments as directed by the Manager or Assistant Manager.
Performs additional duties requested by the Manager or Assistant Manager.
Inform management of supplies needed on a weekly basis.
Sweeping, vacuuming, cleaning windows and walls of common areas
Position Qualifications:
Ability to take direction and assume responsibility for performance.
Ability to exercise good judgment, at times in stressful situations.
Knowledge and ability to perform maintenance and repair of property grounds.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to interact professionally with people in face to face situations.
Key Responsibilities:
Routine interior building cleaning
Leasing Office cleaning
Model unit cleaning
Laundry facility cleaning
Clubhouse cleaning
Restroom cleaning and sanitation
Window and glass cleaning
Trash and recycling removal
Surface sanitizing
Floor care, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
Dusting as needed
Other responsibilities as needed
Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
