Located in the heart of Chicago, we’re looking for a skilled and motivated Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) to join our dynamic team. What You’ll Do:

Play a crucial role in patient care by assisting our dentists with a wide range of procedures, including restorations, extractions, and impressions.

Perform expanded functions such as placing and contouring fillings, applying sealants, polishing restorations, and taking accurate dental impressions.

Take and process high-quality digital X-rays and intraoral images with precision.

Perform iTero scanning for impressions, ensuring accurate and efficient digital records.

Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and post-treatment care.

Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked operatory to ensure efficiency and seamless workflow.

Ensure infection control compliance by properly sterilizing instruments and disinfecting treatment areas.

Assist with scheduling, patient follow-ups, and administrative duties as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience preferred, but we welcome new graduates who are eager to learn and grow!
✅ Tech-savvy—familiarity with dental software (Open Dental) and Itero scanning is a plus.
✅ People person—strong communication and interpersonal skills to enhance the patient experience.
✅ Team player—someone who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced setting.
✅ Detail-oriented—knowledge of infection control, sterilization protocols, and OSHA guidelines.
