Experienced Copier/Printer Service Technician

The Lioce Group is hiring an MFP/Printer Service Technician to join our growing service team. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing office printers, copiers, and multi-function devices (MFPs).  If you have previous experience in office equipment repair we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair MFPs, printers, and copiers

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network connectivity issues

Perform preventive maintenance and respond to service calls in a timely manner

Communicate clearly and professionally with customers

Maintain accurate service logs and parts usage records

Coordinate with the service team and dispatcher

Follow safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Copier/MFP experience 

Mechanical or technical repair experience is highly valued

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Basic understanding of networks and print drivers

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently

Great time management and communication skills
