Experienced Construction Project Manager - Residential Remodeling

About the Role: In this senior-level role, you’ll independently manage high-budget projects, ranging from $500K to $2 million, while balancing a portfolio of 5-8 projects of varying sizes. You’ll oversee every stage of each project, coordinating closely with clients, designers, and trade subcontractors to deliver beautifully executed renovations. This role requires strong leadership, top-notch organization, and a deep understanding of residential construction, especially in the remodel space.

Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day management of luxury residential remodeling projects to achieve high-quality, on-time, and on-budget completion.

Develop and oversee project construction schedules, proactively adjusting timelines and resources as needed.

Coordinate with the estimating department to maintain budgets and track costs throughout each phase of construction.

Supervise, mentor, and guide a team of 3-5 skilled field professionals, ensuring their work meets our high standards and project specifications.

Source and order materials, schedule inspections, and maintain an organized, safe job site.

Cultivate positive, professional relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, designers, and fellow team members.

Deliver clear, consistent communication to keep clients and team members aligned and informed throughout each project.

Requirements:

10-15 years’ experience in general construction, with a minimum of 5+ years as a Construction Project Manager in residential remodeling.

Proven expertise in high-end residential remodeling, particularly with structurally complex or large-scale projects.

Strong understanding of state contractor’s license law and best practices in residential remodeling.

Own reliable truck, insurance, and a clean driving record.

Exceptional leadership, multi-tasking, and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), project management software, and preferably BuilderTrend.

Professional, positive attitude with a friendly, people-first approach.
