Job Title: Commercial Roofing Crew Member
Start Date: Immediately
Salary Range: $24.00-$38.00/Hour DOE
Position Overview: Our Crew Members are the backbone of our operations. This position is responsible for carrying out the day-to-day production needs of the company, ensuring quality workmanship. Essential Functions:
Prepare, maintain, and clean job sites to ensure safety and OSHA compliance
Measure, cut, and install commercial roofing and sheet metal systems to company standards
Install TPO, EPD, PVC, metal panels, flashing, trim, coping, soffit, fascia, and related components
Safely use, maintain, and manage tools, equipment, and materials
Arrive on time, ready to work, and communicate effectively with supervisors and crew members
Follow company policies, safety procedures, and professional conduct standards

Required Skills, Abilities, Education and Experience:
1-3 years experience in construction or roofing (preferred)
OSHA 10 hour training (minimum) (or ability to obtain)
Ability to follow directions and pay attention to details
Work Environment/Physical Requirements:
Pass initial drug test and participate in random drug test program
Able to obtain security clearance on military job sites (Preferred)
Travel, Weekends, and Overtime are required (Based on project schedules)
Ability to perform elevated work (work on rooftops, heights)
Bending, kneeling, walking, lifting, carrying (up to 75lbs) (Daily)
Outdoor environment in all types of weather (8+ hours per day)
Valid transportation required to report to job sites
