Join PwC’s fast-growing Delivering Deal Value (DDV) team within Deals Advisory, supporting corporate and private equity clients through M&A-driven operational and transformational challenges. Consultants help clients realize value across the deal lifecycle—from due diligence to integration and separation execution. Role description As a Consultant in DDV, you will support transaction-focused projects as a key member of the team. You will work on assignments that span the lifecycle of an M&A deal, including analyses for carve-out, post-merger integration, and value creation projects. You will assist in operational due diligence, data modeling, project planning, and execution of integration / separation initiatives. You will contribute to client deliverables and reports, gaining exposure to both sell-side and buy-side transactions. Skills and experiences Above average bachelor’s degree (e.g. Business, Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, etc.) 1 to 3 years of work experience (preferably in Advisory, M&A, post-merger integration, carve-out) High degree of analytical thinking and ability to solve complex problems Strong communication skills, verbal and written Ability to work independently on qualitative and quantitative analyses Team player with the ability to engage in international teams Fluent in English, both verbal and written Advanced skills in MS-Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Understanding of data analytics tools such as PowerBI and Tableau (desirable) Understand the importance of have a correct information management Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection Correct Information Security Management All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment at PwC without regard to ethnicity; creed; color; religion; national origin; age; disability; neurodiversity; sexual orientation; gender identity or expression; marital; or any other status protected by law.
