In capital markets accounting advisory services at PwC, you will focus on providing strategic guidance on a broad range of technical accounting, financial reporting, transaction structures and capital markets topics. You will advise clients on complex accounting advisory and financial reporting issues around deals (both public and private) and other transformational business events that may impact an organisation’s value.

Join PwC’s Capital Markets Accounting Advisory Services (CMAAS) team to support clients through complex financial reporting challenges tied to high-profile transactions and transformational events. As an Associate, you’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders and global teams to deliver accounting and capital markets solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and summarize financial data under US GAAP and IFRS.
• Support IPOs, debt offerings, acquisitions, restructurings, and GAAP conversions.
• Conduct benchmarking research and contract reviews.
• Attend client meetings and contribute to planning, reporting, and analysis.
• Collaborate across global Deals teams and maintain high ethical standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or audit.
• Advanced knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power Query, Power Pivot; Alteryx and Power BI are a plus.
• Fluent English with strong reading and writing skills.
