Experienced Alignment Technician - Mercedes-Benz

Rallye Mercedes-Benz, Long Island’s premier Mercedes-Benz dealership, has an immediate opportunity for an Experienced Alignment Technician. Seeking motivated, reliable individuals looking to join a team whose values are based in teamwork and delivering the highest caliber of customer service.

Responsibilities for this position include:

• Perform work as described on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Mercedes Benz factory and Rallye Mercedes Benz standards.
• Diagnose the cause of vehicle malfunctions, and recommend/ perform appropriate repairs
• Examine vehicles to identify necessary repair or maintenance items that may not be included on the repair order, and communicate to service advisors.
• Communicate with the Parts Department to obtain needed parts.
• Notify the service advisor immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined on repair order is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed by the time promised.
• Clearly and accurately document all work performed.
• Road test vehicles as required, or refer to the inspection technician as appropriate.

Requirements:
• Experience with alignment technician work required. MB experience preferred.
• A clean & valid New York State Driver’s License.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Professional appearance and ability to work well with others.
• Working knowledge of shop equipment including but not limited to wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment.

Pay: $25 - $30 + Pay Plan
