What You’ll Be Doing

Perform complete acrylic bathroom remodel installations, including:

Shower and tub systems

Wall panels, fixtures, and accessories

Apply trade skills in carpentry, trim work, and light plumbing

Follow company installation standards to ensure quality and consistency

Maintain clean, organized, and respectful job sites in customers’ homes

Communicate professionally with homeowners, project managers, and team members

Accurately complete required documentation and job photos

Manage tools, materials, and vehicle inventory to remain job-ready

Represent Palmetto Bath with professionalism on every installation

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

2+ years of hands-on experience in:

Bathroom remodeling

Carpentry, construction, or residential renovation

Proficiency using hand and power tools and measurement equipment

Basic plumbing experience required

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs

Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship

Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or with a team

Personal enclosed trailer and professional tools required

Preferred Experience (Strong Advantage)

Acrylic bath or shower system installation

Bathroom or kitchen remodeling

Finish or trim carpentry

Flooring installation

General residential construction

Active Georgia contractor’s license
