Lead and manage the PHP team, promoting the creation of elegant, practical solutions to meet the apps objective.

- Possesses expert knowledge in Performance, Scalability, Security, Enterprise System Architecture, and Engineering best practices.

- Possess knowledge of a broad range of data structures and algorithms and know how, when and when-not to use them.

- Analyze system specifications and translate system requirements to task specifications for team members.

- Provide accurate effort-estimates for deliverables.

- Be committed to the deadlines through follow up of tasks with team members.

- Research and actively learn about new technologies and introduce them into the infrastructure.

- Resolve technical issues that are escalated by junior and mid-level developers.

- Work closely with the CTO/PM or Solution Architect of Technology to assist in the analysis, evaluation and recommendation of new application and technology appropriate to the company.

- Expert knowledge of PHP (min 1 years)related development technologies.

- Added advantage, if worked on Angular JS

- Ability to motivate staff in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

- Ability to manage priorities and work in a fast pace environment.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Exceptionally self-motivated and directed.

- Developing fast and elegant code; object-oriented PHP modules, custom Java script, intricate SQL queries, and anything in between.

- Advanced knowledge of MySQL.

Description-

1. The trainer will be responsible for how to collect, adapt, create and organize the different types of training materials that are necessary for PHP training.

 2. Should be capable for running project oriented sessions.

 3. Responsible for handling technical queries & respond dynamically to trainees.

 4. The Trainer is accountable for the project and must be empowered to make decisions affecting the successful outcome of the project responsible for managing a project.

 5. Identify training needs for each trainee under his/her supervision and determine individual training requirements.

 6. Numerically inclined with an analytical mind, strong people management skills.

 7. Responsible for development/refinement of study material & teaching strategies.

 8. Training Needs Identification, Analysis and Planning Refresher Training Methodology and Calendar.

 9. Preparation for and conduct of the sessions assigned.

 10. Maintain batch conduct records on day-to-day basis and report the higher authorities about the same.
