Summary:
The UX Designer leads user-centered design work that improves behavior, drives conversion, and reduces friction. They turn research into clear, testable UX solutions aligned to business goals and measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct and analyze user research independently.
• Design IA, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate with UI and content for holistic experience delivery.
• Utilize AI tools to support ideation and iteration.
• Contribute to usability testing design and analysis.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in human-centered design, cognitive science, HCI, or related field or related experience.
• Experience: 3–5 years of professional UX design experience.
Technical Skills:
• Advanced use of Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping platforms.
• Experience with user testing tools and analytics integration.
Competencies:
• Proactive problem-solving across user flows and systems.
• Ability to work independently while managing feedback and revisions.
• Balanced focus on user needs and business goals.
The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
