Requirements:
As a Experienced Data Analyst (Level 3), you will play a key role in shaping business decisions through advanced analytics and data-driven insights. You act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, define and implement analytics strategies, and elevate analytical maturity across teams and clients.
This role requires strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence decisions at both operational and executive levels. You will lead complex analytical initiatives, mentor other analysts, and ensure analytics outcomes translate into measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and drive analytics strategies across business domains
• Design KPI frameworks and ensure consistent metric definitions across teams
• Enable and promote data-driven decision-making at stakeholder and leadership levels
• Design and maintain enterprise semantic layers and analytics models
• Build and optimize enterprise BI models (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
• Ensure data consistency, governance, and scalability across reporting solutions
• Design and analyze A/B tests and experimentation frameworks
• Apply advanced statistical techniques including causal inference and regression
• Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations
• Partner with senior and executive stakeholders on strategic initiatives
• Present insights and recommendations to leadership and C-level audiences
• Influence product and business strategy through data
• Contribute to cross-functional analytics initiatives in collaboration with engineering and project teams
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level analysts
• Define and promote analytics best practices and standards
• Optimize the use of AI tools within analytics workflows
• Define best practices for AI-assisted analysis and insight generation
• Mentor team members on effective and responsible AI usage
Required Skills & Experience
• Expert-level SQL
• Advanced BI experience (Power BI enterprise models, DAX, Tableau (hyper, LOD) , Looker)
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, semantic layers, and governance
• Advanced statistics (A/B testing, causal inference, regression analysis)
• Proficiency in Python or R for analytical work
• 4–7 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles
• Proven experience delivering analytics solutions across multiple business domains
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders through data
• Experience mentoring analysts and supporting career development
• Strong communication skills with both technical and executive audiences
• Ability to work independently and lead initiatives end-to-end
• Strong experience using AI tools to accelerate analytics workflows
• Ability to evaluate, validate, and govern AI-generated outputs
• Experience defining and promoting AI best practices within a team
