Steelhead is looking for an Expeditor / Runner who keeps our event operations moving—getting materials, graphics, and event assets where they need to be, on time and done right.

In this role, you’ll ensure everything moves quickly, safely, and accurately between our showroom, warehouse, vendors, and show sites. You’ll play a critical role in keeping projects on track—especially when timing matters most.

This is a hands-on, high-energy role for someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and thrives in a deadline-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

Execute timely deliveries and pickups using Steelhead company vehicles

Safely load, unload, and transport event materials, graphics, and inventory

Prioritize and manage multiple time-sensitive runs across departments

Communicate delivery and pickup status through Zoom Team Chat

Track mileage, submit receipts, and maintain accurate records

Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs

Support showroom operations and assist with general Showroom Associate tasks when not on runs

Provide a high level of service to internal teams and external partners

What We’re Looking For

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Strong reliability and punctuality—you show up and follow through

Ability to stay organized and adjust quickly in a fast-paced environment

Clear communication and a team-first mindset

Comfortable with physical work, including loading and unloading materials

Experience in a showroom, event, production, or delivery-related role preferred

Familiarity with the trade show or event industry is a plus

Work Schedule
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Las Vegas. Our standard office hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; however, this role supports operations and includes start times as early as 6:00 AM.

Additional hours, including evenings and weekends, are required based on project needs.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This role requires frequent standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, carrying, bending, and reaching. Occasional sitting, kneeling, and stooping may be required.

Work both indoors and outdoors

Work around machinery and moving equipment

Exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures

Work on ladders or elevated surfaces as needed

Exposure to uneven or slippery surfaces
