About the position
Location: Katowice
Hybrid model of working
Main Job Purpose:
Expedition planner is responsible for transportation order planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Transportation order planning
• Orders planning with a strong focus on truckfill and weightfill optimisation
• Focus on lower days in warehouse after release
• Daily stock monitoring
• Stock transport order and delivery creation in SAP S4/HANA system
• Order update
• Close cooperation with production planning and logistics teams
• Daily communication with factory and warehouse teams
• Prioritising urgent deliveries
• Logistics data maintenance
• Monitoring of express requests to avoid service risk
• Providing and archiving documentation for export/import
So, what does it take to be successful in this role?
• At least basic knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel)
• Good communication skills
• Experience in planning or logistics would be an advantage (not mandatory)
• Experience in SAP system would be an advantage (not mandatory)
• English B1-B2 level
• English B2 level
• German A2-B1 would be an advantage
