Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company. As an Expansion Specialist CSM, you are a key driver of our revenue engine, specifically focused on helping our existing small-to-medium business customers unlock the full potential of the BILL platform. You will act as a strategic partner to our clients, identifying opportunities for them to scale their operations through our spend and expense solutions.

What You’ll Do
Drive Strategic Growth: Identify and capture untapped revenue opportunities within a diverse portfolio of clients.

Consultative Sales: Execute specialized motions to help customers expand their card spend and optimize their financial workflows.

Streamline Operations: Act as a guide for existing customers as they grow, assisting with new account setups and entity expansions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Senior CSMs and Credit Specialists to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.

Expansion Experience: A background in sales or customer success with a focus on driving net new revenue

The On Target Earnings (OTE) range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper, UT. This role is eligible to participate in BILL’s sales incentive and equity plans. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

$74,800—$89,800 USD
