As Talent Acquisition Specialist your responsability is to keep building and scaling our organization. You will be responsible for full cycle recruiting including partnering with hiring managers to establish hiring requirements, sourcing, recruiting, closing and delivering exceptional candidate experience as well as the onboarding process and TA global projects / AI Toolings

Liderar a uno de los equipos comerciales de Noa, dando seguimiento a la gestión y logro de objetivos mensuales. 

• Gestión diaria del equipo comercial: Revisión del pipeline y negocios creados por cada consultor.
• Planeación diaria y semanal del forecast del equipo
• Seguimiento diario sobre las actividades comerciales de cada consultor
• Diagnosticar y entrenar a los consultores para que cumplan los procesos comerciales y sus metas.-
• Asegurar que el equipo tenga el conocimiento completo sobre producto.
• Monitoreo y seguimiento a llamada de SPIN realizadas por los consultores.
