Overview of Role
The principal manages a diverse and high-responsibility portfolio, including:
● 18 private investments
● 19 bank accounts
● 6 brokerage accounts
● 4 investment portfolios
● 7 real estate units
● A chaired nonprofit board
● Ongoing personal and family responsibilities (a child and 4 elderly parents)
● A network of relationships across business, philanthropy, and family
This role requires a high-performing Executive VA who can:
● Own key operational tasks
● Build and maintain systems
● Support communication and follow-up loops
● Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity
● Serve as a force multiplier for the principal’s 11am–3:30pm, 4-day work week
