Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned, high-level Executive Virtual Assistant to provide part-time support to our C-suite leadership. This is not a general administrative role; we require a proactive partner who can operate independently, manage complex workflows and maintain a high standard of professional communication. The ideal candidate has extensive experience navigating the demands of executive-level operations and is an expert in workflow automation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Email & Inbox Engineering: Mastery of inbox zero. You will filter, prioritize, and draft responses for executive correspondence, ensuring no high-priority item slips through the cracks.
• Workflow Automation: Build and maintain seamless integrations between platforms using Zapier and Monday.com to reduce manual tasks.
• Project & Ticket Management: Oversee complex project boards in Monday.com, ensuring all "tickets" or tasks are assigned, tracked, and brought to completion.
• Proactive Follow-ups: Managing the executive’s "waiting on" list—systematically following up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
• Administrative Sovereignty: Operating with high autonomy. You are expected to solve problems and make logistical decisions without constant oversight.
Technical Requirements (Mandatory):
• Monday.com Expert: Deep knowledge of boards, dashboards, and native automations.
• Zapier Specialist: Ability to connect disparate apps to create cohesive workflows.
• Advanced Email Management: Experience with Gmail/Outlook at a corporate level, including complex labeling and filtering systems.
• Ticket Systems: Proven experience in managing support or project tickets with high accuracy.
Qualifications & Character:
• C-Suite Experience: Previous experience directly supporting CEOs, Founders, or Partners.
• Independent Operator: You don't wait for a task list; you see a gap and fill it.
• Exceptional Communication: Professional, concise, and polished written English.
• Discretion: Absolute confidentiality regarding sensitive company information.
• Availability: This is a part-time role requiring consistent daily check-ins to ensure momentum.
