$76,561 to $80,256 – ASO4 – Full Time / Term Contract up to 12 Months
Overview:
The Executive Support Officer is responsible for facilitating and coordinating the provision of high-quality confidential executive, project and administrative services, including business support to ensure the efficient operation of the Office of the Commissioner and CEIH projects and initiatives.
The incumbent provides an essential diary management service for the Commissioner and Executive Directors of the CEIH, and is required to liaise extensively with high level stakeholders, identify and address a range of issues, queries and requests, and develop, implement and monitor systems to enhance the administrative services within the Office.
The role works closely with Office of the Commissioner team members to provide a high quality and consistent approach to support and co-ordination functions for project teams and Executive leads.

Criminal History Screening Requirement
A ‘National Police Certificate’ NPC (also known as a ‘Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check’ NCCHC) for employment involving no contact with vulnerable groups is required for this position (general employment)
A DHS ‘Working With Children Check’ (WWCC) is required for this position.
Immunisation Risk for this position is Category C (minimal patient contact)
SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
