            Overview:

Overall responsible for repairs and maintenance of Plant & equipment

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of PLC required for this role.
• Responsible for all Electrical repair jobs related to process equipment, packing machines & material handling systems.
• Responsible for breakdown and preventive maintenance of all the equipment.
• Responsible for Engineering spares control & maintenance.
• Responsible for Implementation of 5S and OEE in his area.
• Responsible for third party follow up for repairs, spares and AMC
• Responsible for handling & repairs of electrical machines.
• Housekeeping & Safety of equipment.
• Incident reporting & RCA.
• Machine History card.
• Familiar with work permit system and have strong hold to use permits on the job.
• Interdepartmental Co-ordination.
• Supporting in execution of Improvement CAPEX jobs and other new Projects

Qualifications/Experience:

Diploma/BE in instrumentation Engineering. 4 to 6 Years in similar role
