Executive Search

Supports the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok for large, always-on, performance-driven. This role requires strong execution discipline, comfort with high-budget environments, and the ability to operate accurately at speed across multiple campaigns, products, and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize campaigns across:

• Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

• Google Ads (Search required; Display & YouTube exposure)

• TikTok Ads

• Support high-volume campaign builds across multiple product lines and objectives (e.g. launches, always-on, promotions)

• Manage daily operations including:

• Budget pacing across multiple campaigns and line items

• Bid adjustments and basic optimization under guidance

• QA checks to ensure accuracy before launches and changes

• Monitor performance against key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and flag anomalies early

• Support keyword management for Search campaigns (keywords, negatives, basic bid logic)

• Assist in executing platform best practices for large brands (naming conventions, structure, governance)

• Work closely with strategy, performance, and analytics teams to ensure smooth delivery

• Exposure to always-on campaigns with frequent changes and optimizations

• Ability to follow strict governance, tracking, and QA standards

• Support campaigns tied to e-commerce, app, and retail moments

Key Capabilities & Skills

• Working knowledge of:

• Meta Ads Manager

• Google Ads (Search fundamentals required)

• TikTok Ads Manager

• Basic understanding of:

• Full-funnel performance metrics

• Social and Search optimization principles

• Strong attention to detail in high-budget, high-risk environments

• Comfortable working with numbers, dashboards, and spreadsheets

• Able to work calmly under pressure and tight timelines

Basic Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or platform operations

• Hands-on experience supporting campaigns on:

• Meta

• Google Ads (Search)

• TikTok

• Experience supporting large or complex advertiser accounts is a plus

• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
