As Executive, Retail Customer Success, you will be an industry expert, providing dedicated support to retailers in VN. You will collaborate closely with operation, product, platform to ensure that clients are equipped with actionable insights, analysis, and on-time support from NIQ. The analysis can be ranging from assortment/ space, pricing analysis, market share, competition landscape analysis, etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead assigned clients and drive daily engagement between NIQ and client.
• Ensure data quality for output and deliver reports and insights to clients (in written and verbal form)
• Support Account Development team to address client business concern with NIQ solutions

• University degree in Business, Economics, Trading or related field
• Passionate in category management, purchasing/ buyer, market intelligence, research analysis or FMCG/ Tech & Durables (T&D) retail industry is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply or up to 2 years of working experience in Category Management, Purchasing/ Buyer, CMI, Analyst, Market Research, Planning role in Retail industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication; English proficiency is a must
• Highly competent data analysis in MS Excel and visualize in PowerPoint (pivot tables, functions, charts)
• Ability to connect the dots, build analytic story flow and deliver insightful implication for retailers
• Good problem-solving and stakeholder management 
• Customer-oriented with good people skills; you will interact with a diverse group of clients
• Excellent task/ workload planning and time management
